Welcome New Members!

We are excited to welcome Michels Road & Stone, Inc. to the Wisconsin Concrete Pavement Association (WCPA).

This is a significant milestone for our association and one that has been years in the making. Michels’ addition strengthens our membership and brings new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and growth across our industry. With Zach Dittberner joining our Board of Directors, we look forward to the leadership and perspective Michels will bring as we continue advancing concrete pavement in Wisconsin.

We are also pleased to share that Walbec has consolidated its concrete operations under Parisi, bringing the former Zenith Tech team under that umbrella. With that transition, we would like to officially welcome Ted Helleckson to WCPA. Parisi has been a long-standing member of our association, and we are excited to expand that partnership and bring this division into the fold.

Together, these additions reflect strong momentum for WCPA and reinforce the value of collaboration across our industry. We look forward to the opportunities ahead as we continue working together to move concrete pavement forward in Wisconsin.

All IA Rodeo locations will include multiple IA evaluation types. If you so choose you may be evaluated for all types offered.

 

Only those that plan to perform sampling and testing in 2026 will need to register for an event. Your participation is not mandatory, however, by participating you may not be required to have an IA evaluation performed on project site.

Training Opportunity - DTSD Material Quality Assurance 2026 Updates

Mar. 16, 2026

Description:  Annual construction materials training provided by the Division of Transportation System Development’s Bureau of Technical Services (BTS). Each presenter will cover a different area of construction materials including - Quality Assurance, Independent Assurance, Domestic Materials Requirements, Approved Products, Concrete, Hot Mix Asphalt, etc. Presentations will focus on what specifications/programs have changed since last construction season and how BTS plans to make improvements for the future.

LIVE TEAMS Q &A on Live training Q&A sessions are official.  The sessions are scheduled on Monday March 30 from 9:30 am -10:30 am and Thursday April 9
from 2:30 - 3:30 pm. Please register for one of the dates in the LearnCenter.

 You will receive the TEAMS login information from the LearnCenter two days before the Q & A date. Please send your questions to Linette Rizos no later than the end of the business day on Friday, March 20.
