The Wisconsin Concrete Pavement Association (WCPA) is the statewide professional association of the concrete pavement industry. Since 1952, WCPA has been committed to representing the interests of our members by promoting the benefits of concrete pavement.
WCPA also maintains active participation in other industry associations, such as the American Concrete Pavement Association, Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association, Transportation Development Association, American Public Works Association, American Concrete Institute, and the League of Municipalities.
What We Do
Our full-time staff works continuously to promote and improve the concrete pavement industry through:

Developing quality standards, methods specifications, and technologies |

Performing analyses of concrete pavement through oversight and/or review of concrete pavement research projects |

Collecting and maintaining market information to ensure delivery of a competitive, cost-effective product |

Cooperating with government engineering staff and transportation consulting firms

Partnering with state, city, village, and county governments to ensure quality construction |

Providing college scholarships to develop future industry leaders |
